Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Loris Parfum purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within seven days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Contact our customer service at info@lorisparfum.ae with your order details.

  • You will receive instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • The amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the product by the shipping company.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

6. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened or used perfumes, personal care products, testers, or samples cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect upon arrival.

7. Purchases from Other Applications Loris Parfum perfumes purchased from other applications are subject to the return and exchange policy of the application from which the order was made.
