Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility – The Loris Parfum Luxury Points Program (“Program”) is open to individuals aged 18+ with a valid UAE phone number or email address.
  2. Enrollment – You should create an account on our website, in-store, or during checkout. Membership is non-transferable.
  3. Points Earning –
    • Points are awarded based on the final paid amount (excluding taxes, delivery, and gift cards).
    • Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
  4. Points Redemption –
    • 100 points = AED 10 discount.
    • Minimum redemption: 300 points = AED 30.
    • Points can be redeemed on full-price and promotional items.
    • Redemption is available in online shop only.
  1. Points Expiry – Points expire 18 months from the date of earning if not redeemed.
  2. Exclusions – Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards, taxes, or delivery fees.
  3. Bonus Activities – Bonus points for referrals are awarded per Program rules and may have separate conditions.
  4. Program Changes – Loris Parfum reserves the right to change earning rates, redemption values at any time with prior notice.
  5. Termination – Loris Parfum may terminate a membership for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms without compensation for unused points.
